Winnie and Walter June Release - Day 2 - Party Balloon Shaker

Good morning! Welcome to Day 2 of sneak peeks for the brand new Winnie and Walter release! This is a FABULOUS release full of lots of fun new goodies! Today I've created a giant shaker balloon using some fabulous new dies and stamps premiering today on the Winnie and Walter Blog!

The amazing new Big Balloon Cutaways are so fabulous that I don't think there are words for how fun they are! The largest two balloons are perfectly designed for making shaker cards - this is a standard A2 size card (4 1/4 x 5 1/2) - and look at how huge that balloon is! I filled my shaker with lots of fun Pretty Pink Posh sequins, then added the new big In a Word: Party Cutaway that premiered yesterday, as well as a few of the adorable sentiments from another set premiering today - Sentimental: Birthday on hand trimmed banners.

Pineapple Summer!

Good morning! I'm dropping by this morning with anther card using some of the fabulous NEW Simon Says Stamp One of a Kind Release! Today I used the fun Dancing Fruits Stamp Set - I just LOVE these pineapples!

I used a few different colors of SSS inks to create an ombre effect on these pineapples. So easy and fun and adds so much depth to them! I trimmed a bit off the bottom of the card and backed it with a strip of black cardstock cut with a scallop border die, then added some gold washi tape on the border. Finished off with a splattering of gold watercolors and a few enamel dots - and rounded off one corner!

Winnie and Walter June Release - Day 1 - Strawberry Birthday

Good morning! This morning is the beginning of sneak peeks for the brand new Winnie and Walter release! This is a FABULOUS release full of lots of fun new goodies! Today I'm combining a new word die, and a couple of the new stamp sets that are premiering today on the Winnie and Walter Blog!

I started off by stamping the brand new Mini Scenery: Spotty and heat embossing in clear on some watercolor cardstock before doing some distress ink smooshing over the top. I stamped the adorable strawberries (LOVE the little seeds!) from In Bloom: Carolina's Florals with Angelica Suarez. They were die cut with their coordinating dies to tuck around the big In a Word : Birthday Cutaway which I die cut three times, layered together, and topped with Glossy Accents so it stands out super well. A tiny sentiment from In Bloom: Carolina's Florals with Angelica Suarez is heat embossed on a small black hand trimmed banner to finish off!

Partial Popped Up Image

Good morning! Dropping by this morning with a card using another new release from Unity Stamp Company - as well as a Quick Tip video for a fun popped up accent on this image!

Here is the video showing how I did this:

I love how it really doesn't interrupt the image - but it adds a fun little bit of interest and detail. A bit of jute twine tied around is the perfect finishing touch.
